Creating and Learning...it's what its all about! :)

Mrs. Timmerman had to take some time to finish our reading assessments....so we got a little extra exploring time. WOW, not a lot of testing got done because Mrs. Timmerman was amazed at what was happening. The kids discovered they could build actual building with the blocks.

Many kids helped build our first hospital. Check out the sign, they spelled it the kindergarten way WITHOUT help! :) The hospital had a working helicopter and ambulance.

Other students worked with writing, the sand, and on the NOOKS and IPods

Although we learn a lot through play we have to do some serious things to. Here we are practicing writing our number on each other's backs while we listen to a song.

Did you know that we are scientists? We are starting our science journals...we are very excited about the experiments.
